Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MeetMyGym ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to gym owners, managers, staff, and any individual accessing the Service on behalf of a gym ("you" or "the Customer").

2. The Service

MeetMyGym provides gym management software including member management, attendance tracking, payment recording, workout plan assignment, staff management, multi-branch control, and related features via a mobile app and web interface.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account represents one gym business. Multi-branch management is supported within a single account
• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.

At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded to a read-only state. No data is deleted. You can subscribe at any time to restore full access.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a 7-day grace period before restricting access
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Enter false or misleading member data
• Share your account credentials with individuals outside your gym
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages to members
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Service security

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Your Data

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Intellectual Property

MeetMyGym — including the app, website, design, and all software — is owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MeetMyGym shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business resulting from Service downtime
• Data loss due to events outside our reasonable control
• Actions taken by your staff or members using the platform

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
