1. Free Trial

No payment is required for the 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features. There is nothing to refund — just cancel before the trial ends if you don't wish to subscribe.

Your trial gives you complete access to member management, QR check-in, payments, reports, and all other features. No credit card is stored during the trial period.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No future charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate paid upfront for the full year.

To request an annual refund within the 30-day window, contact us with your registered email and reason. We process eligible refunds within 7 business days.

4. Service Issues & Downtime

If MeetMyGym experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our side, we will:

Planned maintenance (announced in advance) does not qualify for compensation.

5. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for genuine exceptional circumstances. Please contact us and explain your situation — we will do our best to be fair.

Refunds are not provided for:

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible period:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing time may add 3–5 additional days depending on your bank.
